Langto Construction Inc. is a family owned business in Decatur Texas established in 1995,owned and operated by Eric and Laureen Langto. We have a broad knowledge of all aspects of home building and years of hands on experience.   We specialize in building strong, energy efficient, quality custom homes and remodeling. Compared to standard homes, energy-efficient homes cost less to own, are more comfortable to live in, and require less maintenance.

We care about what you don't see as much as what you do see...our homes are individually inspected and tested by a Certified Home Energy Rater to ensure that they meet ENERGY STAR's strict guidelines for energy efficiency set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and built on engineered foundations. Each home includes features such as; tightness of the construction and ducts, high efficiency heating and cooling equipment, spray foam insulation , and advanced windows. Our homes are sealed to reduce holes and cracks in the home's “envelope,” providing even temperatures, increased comfort, and indoor air quality, and use less energy. "The U.S Department of Energy estimates that up to 40% of your homes energy loss is due to unwanted home air infiltration".
